Rebecca is the founding principal of Vader Engineering, and manages the civil design for Vader’s projects. Her strengths allow her to envision, develop and recommend functional solutions for complex projects. Rebecca has also provided two decades of service on public and
non-profit boards, including the Boy Scouts of America Pacific Harbors Council and formerly, as a member and Vice Chair of the University Place Parks Commission. She is experienced in public meeting facilitation and stakeholder involvement.
