Chuck interprets Municipal Code to ensure the overlying goals and policies of a locality are met on private and public property. We will evaluate the ecological, sociological, and economic implications of each project during the design phase. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge of administering Joint Aquatic Resource Permit Applications (JARPA and JPA).

 

Chuck has almost 20 years of municipal experience in many forms of land planning and project management from around the country in the Great Lakes, Chesapeake Bay, and Puget Sound regions.
