Andrew graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and specialized in the fields of geotechnical and hydrology engineering. With several years of experience in the design and permit coordination of residential, industrial, and commercial land development and redevelopment projects nationwide, he is capable of taking on a wide variety of new project types.
