When Kanon Electric wanted to retrofit a 1940’s era main-street grocery building into an appealing headquarters, Vader Engineering was brought in to assist with the site design, stormwater, and circulation. We minimized site improvements to the access, paving, and neglected embankment so site design could be processed and constructed quickly and cost-effectively, while increasing curb appeal. New security features were added, and a circulation analysis was also performed to ensure truck traffic could circulate easily around the site.
