Vader Engineering provided engineering services for this 150-lot residential plot on 50 acres in Olympia. Having sat dormant during the recession, Vader completed an atypical design to re-establish sediment control features within the stabilized flow control pond and negotiated with the City of Olympia to prove this was a viable and code-compliant solution. The solution provided improved curb appeal and significant cost savings to the client as they had been renting several large sediment control tanks, pumps and generators.
